A husband and wife team came to us with a heartfelt vision: a tranquil, nature-inspired space where pets and their owners could feel truly at ease, welcomed by a friendly and compassionate team. After securing their ideal location and engaging a general contractor to begin bringing their concept to life, they turned to us to elevate the design. With our expertise, we helped shape a space that not only supports a smooth and efficient workflow but also captures the inviting charm of a close-knit East Coast community—where care and connection are at the heart of every visit.

Our approach

The building itself was in solid condition, allowing us to focus our efforts on a thoughtful interior renovation rather than exterior design. Our goal was to enhance functionality while staying true to the welcoming, community-focused vision of the clinic.

Dog ward designed to accommodate stray animals when needed
Four exam rooms, with flexibility to convert an office into a fifth room as the clinic grows
Centralized treatment tower, featuring a dedicated induction table for efficiency
Enclosed workstation area offering clear visibility into the treatment room, promoting collaboration and oversight

Using our 3D visualization tools, we were able to validate every practical element of the layout before construction began—ensuring optimal flow, function, and comfort. The result was so true to the renderings, it was hard to tell where the plans ended, and reality began.
