Project Summary

Four young veterinary doctors came together with the goal of opening a much-needed clinic for small animals and exotics, built around a family-oriented, innovative approach focused on personalized care. The partners place strong value on creating an environment where advanced technology and modern equipment support efficient service delivery, all while remaining mindful of their environmental footprint.

Our approach

Designing a clinic that accommodates exotic animals required special attention to the operational details that make such a practice efficient and convenient. We began by analyzing the workflow of exotic and small animal care as distinct processes, then integrated them into a cohesive, functional layout that supports both specialized treatment and overall clinic flow.

Expansive ceiling and abundant natural light

Dedicated exotic animal zone
Nine examination rooms
Enclosed induction space with recovery areas

Render VS Real

Using our 3D visualization tools, we were able to validate every practical element of the layout before construction began—ensuring optimal flow, function, and comfort. The result was so true to the renderings, it was hard to tell where the plans ended, and reality began.

Visually, the clinic is also a standout: the aesthetic is clean, modern, and warm, striking a perfect balance between professionalism and approachability.
